Winter is setting in...Time to watch Sound of Music
The best and worst things about Ohio are one in the same, winter. I love the snow on the pines and being able to run out and play in the snow, but I'd like about 2-3 weeks of it, not 4 1/2 months of bone-chilling cold. We Ohioans hibernate once Christmas is over and we spend the next three months waiting for spring. Today is one of those cloudy, miserable days that's colder than you expect because it was 65 degrees the previous day.
We get excited about a white Christmas since we'd rather have snow if it's going to be cold and pray that some interesting movies will come out on DVD so we have something to do for the next few months. Honestly, I don't know how Canadians do it, but God Bless 'em. Even Austria isn't this cold unless you are in the mountains.
Speaking of Austria, apparently, this is the 40th anniversary of the Sound of Music. We're happy that we decided to include a very interesting cover of "My Favorite Things" for you to enjoy this holiday season. It will be available starting tomorrow on our new EP, Snow Emergency.
You bundle up, I'll go clean the basement,
Rhonda
